Please ensure bike is relatively clean, it doesn't have to be spotless, but not caked in mud please!

Bronze - Lube up and Tweaks - £50

Full safety check
Check tyre condition and adjust pressures
Ensure all fittings are tight
Check for chain stretch and lubricate
Check and adjust brakes
Check and adjust gears
Check cables and lubricate
Report on recommended additional work

Silver - Tune up - £75

All items in the bronze service with the addition of:

Bike cleaned
Check, adjust and lubricate wheel bearings
Check and adjust bottom bracket
Check brake pads and shoes for wear & decontaminate or replace (parts extra)*
Check tyre rim/brake disc and decontaminate
Wheel, spoke and rim check
Check handle bar and stem security and alignment
Check and adjust headset
Check drive train for signs of wear
Check for correct alignment and operation of front mech and rear mech

Gold - Full overhaul - £105

All items in the bronze and silver service with the further addition of:

Cable inners replaced and outers if required (parts included)
Full strip down and rebuild
Frame damage and alignment check
All bearings removed cleaned, re-greased, refitted and checked for play
Where applicable press fit bearings (and related BB adapters), frame inserts & h/set cups are left in situ, cleaned & re-greased
Replacement components fitted at no extra labour charge

Important note on Possible additional costs!

We like to be upfront with people so it is not hidden in the smallprint! During the course of a service or job you have booked in, additional work may become apparent that is required for the safe and efficient operation of the bike. Typically it is low value consumable items, like cables and brake pad replacements, that are the common additional costs.
In order to balance the various needs of efficiency at our end, not unnecessarily delaying your bike repair, alongside not wanting to bother you for approval for small costs, whilst leaving you comfortable that you wont need to be sitting down when the invoice comes in.
Any additional work (parts and labour) identified will be carried out as follows:

Additional costs up to £35 - No prior customer approval sought.
Additional costs over £35 - Estimate provided for your approval.

Note: By booking in your bike for any work you agree to this policy, unless agreed otherwise before work commences.
