HOW WE WORK

We operate much like any other local bike shop, except you are not tied to the usual 9-5 business hours and can drop off and collect at times that suit you. We can even offer 100% contactless drop off and collections for COVID safety.

Book in:

  • Simply book your bike in by clicking here 
  • Selecting the primary service/repair you require providing details of any additional work required
  • Select a date and time to drop off the bike that suits you

drop off:

  • Drop off bike as arranged
  • We will assess the bike and carry out the work requested OR request your approval to proceed if the work involved means costs are likely to be significantly more than work requested.
  • We will send you a detailed invoice of work carried out and report on the bike condition

Collect:

  • Pay invoice easily by bank transfer for contactless anytime collection
  • Alternatively arrange to collect and pay in cash if you prefer.
  • Enjoy your now much happier bike
